ACUPUNCTURE AND ACUPRESSURE

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is an alternative medicine technique that involves the insertion of fine sterile needles into specific points on the skin, or applying various other techniques to acupuncture points, to restore balance and encourage the body to heal itself.

As a Registered Acupuncture Practitioner I will record your medical history and current health concerns, assess your condition, and treat you.

Acupuncture needles are only slightly thicker than a human hair, so most people find acupuncture sessions comfortable with little to no sensation during the course of treatment. Some people may experience a temporary sensation of tingling, pinching, itching, or slight ache upon the insertion, but these sensations usually settle within a few seconds. In the unlikely case that you feel discomfort during your acupuncture treatment, please tell me, and I will adjust the needle until you are comfortable.

Acupuncture is recognized to be a reliable and scientific practice that is covered by many health insurance companies, and is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

ACUPRESSURE

Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique that applies the same principles as acupuncture, but uses pressure and stimulation to activate acupressure points, to help restore balance and encourage the body to heal itself.

Acupressure is used to support the body and treat a variety of conditions--promoting relaxation and wellness; while treating imbalances.

This technique involves stimulation of acupressure points using some or all of the following methods:

firm pressure from hands and fingers, therapeutic tools, terahertz frequency, mild electronic stimulation, and an acupressure mat with 8000 acupressure points that prompt the body to release endorphins which assist in pain relief, blood circulation, muscle relaxation, and the healing process.

If you would like to experience the benefits of acupuncture, but are not sure about needles, acupressure is a gentle alternative that may be more suited for you.

THE EMOTION CODE AND THE BODY CODE

The Emotion Code and the Body Code are both powerful and proven treatment methods that are used to determine the contributors and underlying causes of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual illness and imbalances in the body.

Using a software mapping program, the electromagnetic properties of your body, and your central nervous system, I identify, decode, and release the emotions, imbalances, and/or misalignments that your subconscious mind reveals as being the underlying root issues causing your situation.

Connecting directly to the subconscious area of the brain allows us access to stored emotions, experiences, and inherited imprints that your conscious mind often does not have access to, despite them having a very strong influence on how you live your daily life.

Your conscious mind is the logical, reasoning mind that is aware of its surroundings and able to think, communicate, and make decisions. This is the part you use when you think or plan your daily events. However, many people do not realize our conscious mind only uses between 3-10% of our brain.

Your subconscious mind is the other 90+% of your brain. It is the part of your mind that you are probably not even consciously aware of, but it pretty much runs the show. This is the emotional mind that stores our memories, values and beliefs; and is the reason behind why we do many of the things that we do. Each and every experience you have had in your life is recorded in your subconscious mind, which makes it an invaluable resource for looking at your health.

I specialize in clearing: trapped emotions and heart walls (years of built-up emotions), PTSD and trauma, offensive energies, mental blockages, faulty beliefs, self-defeating behaviors, allergies and intolerances, generational and vibrational energy, etc.

As a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, I will discuss your current issues and concerns, and after we pick the area you would like to work on I use the principles of Applied Kinesiology through Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) to connect with your central nervous system and the energy of the subconscious mind, to detect and decode energies that have become trapped in your body from past experiences and generational imprints. EMOTION CODE

The Emotion Code is a transformative approach that can assist you in identifying and releasing emotional baggage and energetic blockages that may be holding you back.

Throughout your life, when you experience trauma or emotions that are too heavy to process, the unconscious mind will often suppress these emotions so that they no longer threaten your sense of safety.

However, if these traumas or emotional wounds are never dealt with, their energetic imprint can remain trapped within the body, causing long term stress, tension, or other imbalances to occur. Trapped emotions can affect you physically just as much as they can mentally and emotionally. A significant percentage of physical illnesses, emotional difficulties and self-sabotage are actually caused by these unseen energies.

HEART WALLS

Some emotions are stored specifically around the heart, to shield it from further harm in getting hurt again- this is called a Heart Wall.

Although avoiding pain may seem like a good solution, heart walls don't just keep out pain they can also keep us from living life fully- feeling love, joy and happiness.

Clearing heart walls can help you connect with yourself and others with more clarity, passion and purpose in your life.

When these emotions and heart walls are shed it's like peeling back the layers of an onion, allowing you to get to the center of who you truly are.

BODY CODE

The Body Code is a complete method of diagnostics and body balancing which integrates emotional, energetic, nutritional, structural, pathogenic and toxicity factors.

This treatment utilizes a large database covering a wide spectrum of diseases, disorders, and contributing factors, which help us to determine what’s going on in your body.

As a result, discomfort and malfunction often disappear, nutrients begin being absorbed properly, organs begin to function as they should, energy levels are raised, and emotional issues become more manageable or non-existent.

As a certified Body Code Practitioner, I will identify, decode and release the emotions, imbalances and/or misalignments that your subconscious mind reveals as being the underlying root issue(s) causing your issue(s).

As a mom of two girls and a former youth intervention worker I know as well as anyone that children, teens, and young adults can be difficult to figure out. Often times there are so many dynamics going on in their lives they don't even know what's going on with them.

ANIMALS

Our pets can't communicate the way we do so it can be difficult to know just what may be bothering them, or what may be causing some of their behaviors or symptoms.

Perhaps they are not eating like they used to, have begun to mess in the house, or have symptoms which have not responded to conventional treatment. Maybe they seem to have lost that spark, don’t preform in the ring like they once did, or have trauma from being abandoned or abused before they came to you.

Animals are generally very open and responsive to my treatment sessions.

To date, I have worked with: deer, birds, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, cats and dogs in various settings and for various reasons like: illness, injuries, pain management, fear, skin, ear, eye and foot issues, stroke, confusion, undesirable behaviors, toileting issues, depression, and general well being.

CRYSTAL AND CHAKRA BALANCING

Crystal and Chakra Balancing is a non-invasive holistic health treatment that uses vibrational energy to treat physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components of a person.

Our bodies are composed of energy which flows along pathways and intersects with energy centers throughout our bodies. If these pathways or centers become blocked or are not functioning properly, our energy becomes stagnant and can cause physical or emotional issues. Placing certain stones, oils and/or frequencies on specific points of the body assists the body to unblock pathways, align energy centers(chakras), and re-establish balance.

Crystals have been used in healing for centuries. Every crystal has a distinct atomic structure, chemical makeup, unique properties, and powerful applications in science and medicine.

Some crystals have been found to be excellent conductors of frequency and electrical current and have even been found to be able to create electricity. It is this piezoelectric effect that is used in many advances with technology and medical devices.

It is believed that crystals work with the body by absorbing, amplifying, and transmitting energy in both the physical aspects and energy fields of our bodies, thereby affecting us on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

Each type of crystal has its own unique properties that can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions, by emitting signature vibrational frequencies that affect the energy and vibration of the person receiving it. Some of the most popular crystals used in crystal healing include Amethyst, Carnelian, Citrine, Moonstone, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, and Tourmaline. Rose Quartz is thought to be good for the heart, Citrine to encourage creativity, and Amethyst is said to be helpful for stress relief and anxiety.

The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC, and focuses on the seven energy centers in the body, called chakras. Chakras are energy centers in your body that are believed to influence your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. There are seven chakras, each with a name, color, location, function, and resonating at a specific frequency. These centers run from the base of your spine to just above the top of your head, and are linked to the energy that regulates the functions of your body.

Similar to the meridian system in acupuncture, when the proper flow of life force energy is interrupted, it can negatively affect your health and result in a host of other issues.

Having a chakra that is out of balance often affects the parts of your body that are in close proximity to that chakra. This includes your organs, bones, joints, and tissues near that area, and corresponding emotional imbalances. Prolonged imbalance may lead to physical disease and illness, musculoskeletal issues, and mental health challenges like depression or anxiety.

Various causes such as stress, unhealthy lifestyle choices, mental or physical illness or trauma, and/or self destructive behaviors are believed to misalign or block chakras.

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that have therapeutic properties when used in, on, or around the body. Each essential oil has a unique composition which affects the smell, absorption, and vibration effects on the body. When inhaled, the scent molecules travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain, especially impacting the amygdala, the emotional center. Therapeutic grade essential oils are extracts of plants which can also be absorbed by the skin and ingested for specific purposes. The quality of essential oils on the market varies greatly. Only therapeutic grade essential oils and products will be used in your treatment.

VIBRATIONAL AND SOUND FREQUENCY

Vibrational and Sound Frequency are treatments which use instruments, tools and techniques to aid the body in healing. These treatments and techniques are based on the fundamental principle that all matter is made of vibrating particles and the human body also resonates at a certain frequency. The human body, being composed of approximately 70% water, makes it an excellent conductor of electricity, vibration and sound waves. These vibrations can reach deep into our tissues and cells, promoting relaxation, relieving stress, and bringing overall balance.

When your body is out of balance, blockages in the systematic flow of your energy can stop the organs from vibrating at their healthy frequency. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This process and can have significant beneficial effect in restoring balance, which aids in healing both your mind and your body.

Healing through sound, vibration, and frequencies is not some new age healing modality, but in fact is a form of natural healing that dates back thousands of years. Quartz crystal singing bowl treatments use the power of sound to clear out blockages in the body, restore balance, and promote relaxation overall wellbeing.

Quartz crystal singing bowls produce vibrations of pure, resonant tone in waves of relaxing and soothing vibration. The body has a natural affinity to quartz. On a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electromagnetic energies. Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying and transmitting the pure tones of the bowls. TUNING FORKS

Tuning fork treatments use the power of vibration to clear blockages in the body, reduce pain, restore alignment, and promote relaxation.

Tuning fork therapy is based on the understanding of sound and vibrations as energetic forces that affect the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an organism.

They offer a non-invasive and holistic approach to your well being, and are an indispensable tool for promoting balance and harmony through the power of sound vibrations.

There are different types of forks used in healing, some are weighted and some unweighted, but each has their own frequency and specific healing properties. Treatment can be done through thin clothing or directly on the skin, and can be applied directly on the body or within the energy field around the body, depending on the required treatment.

The energetic area around your body is called the biofield; it measures out five to six feet on both sides of the body, three feet above the head and below the feet, and is shaped like a torus.

The biofield around your body, contains a record of all of your memories embedded as energy and information in waves, and these subtle energies affect the body's physical, mental and emotional health.

Tuning forks produce specific vibrational waves that travel through the air and/or skin and interact with our body’s energy systems and the area surrounding our body. SOUND BATH

A sound bath is a relaxing and immersive experience where the body is bathed in the frequencies of sound with a combination of Quartz Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Weighted and Unweighted Tuning Forks, various tones, sounds of nature, wind and percussion instruments, ambient lighting and/or guided meditation.

As a Certified Practitioner of many vibrational and sound healing techniques I am able to incorporate a variety of vibrations, sound frequencies and tones into your treatment.

TERAHERTZ THERAPY TREATMENTS

Terahertz therapy treatments use a non-invasive device that emits Terahertz electromagnetic, and Quantum scalar waves through optical quartz technology to repair and regenerate cells in your body; improving your state of health.

This treatment stimulates cells in your body's system up to a depth of 20-30mm, so we are able to reach and affect the bone marrow, micro blood vessels, capillaries, enhance circulation, regulate body temperature, eliminate humidity, and improve the immune system by activating weak and inactive cells

When you are not available to meet in person there are some modalities I offer through distance. Distance appointments are held remotely via Zoom, Phone or Email, making it convenient whatever your circumstance.

I operate remotely by proxy using a process called Distant Healing intention (DHI), which is a principal of quantum physics and entanglement theory.

Remote sessions will be scheduled upon payment and completed via distance/proxy with your choice of session online, over the telephone or through email.
